Welcome to AImetier

You’ve just hired a team — not bought a tool to configure. This page gets you oriented in about five minutes: what your new teammates are, how you ask them for work, and the promise that keeps you in control.

Think of it like hiring, not installing. After you sign in for the first time, AImetier opens /welcome, asks for your company name, priorities, and optional website/social links, then reads that context to suggest your sector, needs, and brand/business profile. Returning users who have already completed setup go straight to the workspace instead of seeing /welcome again.

A teammate (a digital employee) is someone you can ask to draft an email, research a supplier, write a social post, or tidy up your invoices. You talk to them the way you’d talk to a real colleague: in everyday words, in Chat (Conversation).

Sign in and describe your company

Create your account or sign in, then enter your company name, optional website/social links, and the work you want help with. This keeps setup private to authenticated users and lets AImetier save your progress.

Review your business intelligence

AImetier proposes your industry, use cases, brand description, audience, offer, tagline, archetype, and palette from what you entered. Keep what fits and edit anything that looks off.

Select your team and launch

Choose one or more teammates from the gallery, or start from a ready-made blueprint. You do not pick the lead manually: AImetier derives leadership and reporting lines from the roles you selected, such as CEO, CTO, CMO, CFO, or specialist profiles. Press Launch this team.

When you build a team, your teammates don’t just answer — they collaborate. One drafts the work, another reviews it, and you give the final OK. That peer review is there so the quality is checked before anything is called done. You stay the boss.

This is the part to remember: No card. No connecting your email. Nothing gets sent without your OK. You can explore, ask for work, and see results without handing over a payment card or your inbox. When a teammate is ready to send something out, it pauses and asks you first — Ask before sending is ON; nothing goes out without your OK.

  1. Stuck on the welcome screen? Refresh the page — your progress, including selected teammates, is saved and you’ll pick up where you left off.
  2. Wrong language? Use the EN / FR toggle at the top of the welcome screen to switch.
  3. The setup looks off? On the review step, tap any chip to edit it or remove it — nothing is locked in.
  4. Launch didn’t finish? It returns you to the picker with a short message; if your session expired, sign in again and continue from the saved setup.

Still stuck? See Getting help.

Do I need to pay or enter a card to start?

No. You can hire a teammate and ask for work with no card and no email connection. The trust promise — No card. No connecting your email. Nothing gets sent without your OK — applies from your very first minute.

Will my teammate send emails or post things on its own?

No. “Ask before sending” is on by default, so anything heading out of your account waits for your approval. You give the final OK.

What's the difference between a teammate, an employee, and an agent?

They’re the same thing in plain words — a digital employee you hire and ask for work, called a coéquipier in French. We just say “teammate.”

Can I use this in French?

Yes. The Portal is fully French and English, with examples built around French small businesses like rénovation, expert-comptable, and immobilier. Switch with the EN / FR toggle.

What if I picked the wrong option at the start?

You can change your mind anytime — your teammates, your team, and your setup are all editable later. Setup automatically picks the lead from the selected roles; deeper team configuration and custom avatars happen afterward from the agent/team configuration screens.
