Members and invites
Bring real people into your company, see everyone who has joined, and share a referral link that earns you credit — all from one place in Settings.
Where these live
Section titled “Where these live”Open Settings in the Portal, then choose Members (people on your team) or Referrals (your share link and credit). They’re two separate pages for two different jobs.
For joining someone else’s company from a link you received, use Joining with an invite instead — that page is for the person being invited.
People vs. digital employees
Section titled “People vs. digital employees”This page is about people — your colleagues, partners, or assistants who log in and work alongside you. It is not where you add AI teammates.
Members
Real people with their own login. They appear on the Members page with their name and email.
Digital employees
Your AI coéquipiers — the ones you Hire (Recruter) and ask to do work. Manage them on your roster, not here.
Invite a person to your company
Section titled “Invite a person to your company”If you have permission to invite, you’ll see an Invite Member button on the Members page.
Open the invite dialog
On Settings > Members, choose Invite Member. A small dialog explains that you’ll create a join link to share yourself.
Create the invite link
Choose Create invite link. After a moment, a ready-to-share link appears. The new person will join as an operator once you approve them.
Copy and send it yourself
Tap the copy button, then paste the link into an email or message to your teammate. There’s no automatic email — you send it the way you like.
Approve their request to join
When they sign up with the link, their request shows up under Pending join requests on the Members page. Choose Approve to add them, or Reject to decline.
Roles, in plain words
Section titled “Roles, in plain words”Remove or change a member
Section titled “Remove or change a member”The Members page shows your current team, and adding people happens through the invite-and-approve flow above. Removing a member or changing their role from this page isn’t available yet in the Portal. If you need to take someone off the team or adjust what they can do, head to Getting help and we’ll sort it out.
Referrals — earn credit when friends join
Section titled “Referrals — earn credit when friends join”The Referrals page (Settings > Referrals) gives you your own referral code and a share link. Pass it to other business owners; you earn credit when people you invite join.
A quick tour of the page:
- Your referral code — a short code that’s uniquely yours.
- Share this link — copy it and send it to anyone you’d like to invite.
- Credit earned — the running total credit from people who joined through you.
- Referrals list — who has signed up so far (empty until your first one joins).
You stay in control
Section titled “You stay in control”Inviting people and sharing a referral link never changes the defaults that keep you safe.
No card. No connecting your email. Nothing gets sent without your OK.
Your digital teammates also check each other’s work before calling it done, and Ask before sending is ON — so nothing goes out until you give the final OK.
What if it isn’t working?
Section titled “What if it isn’t working?”If an invite or referral isn’t behaving, walk these in order:
- No Invite Member button. Your account doesn’t have invite permission here — ask a workspace admin to add the teammate or grant you access.
- They say the link is broken. Long links get cut in half by chat apps — ask them to paste the whole thing into their browser’s address bar.
- “Sign-up is currently disabled.” The invite may have expired. Create a fresh one and send it again.
- Their request never appeared. Make sure they used your link and finished creating their account; only then does the request show under Pending join requests.
- Your referral list is empty. That’s expected until someone joins through your link — share it and check back.

What's the difference between a member and a digital employee?
A member is a real person with their own login. A digital employee (coéquipier) is an AI teammate you hire and ask to do work. This page manages people; your AI teammates live on your roster.
Does AImetier email the invite for me?
No. You create the link and send it yourself — by email, message, or however you prefer. Nothing is sent on your behalf without your OK.
What can a new member do once they join?
They join as an operator — a working member of your company — after you approve their request.
How do I take someone off the team?
Removing a member isn’t available from this page yet. Reach out via Getting help and we’ll handle it.
How do referral credits work?
You get a share link; credit accrues when people you invite join. There’s nothing to claim on the page right now — it’s a running tally.
Will inviting someone share my account or my email?
No. Each person creates their own account with their own password. Adding them to your company doesn’t share your login or connect your inbox.
