Trust and safety

By the end of this page you’ll understand the three promises that make AImetier safe to use day to day: nothing leaves your workspace without your approval, your teammates check each other’s work before calling it done, and your business information stays yours.

Think of hiring a digital employee like hiring a careful new assistant — one who always checks with you before doing anything that touches the outside world.

No card. No connecting your email. Nothing gets sent without your OK. That promise holds from the moment you sign up: you can ask a teammate to draft an email, prepare a social post, or plan a campaign, and all of it stays inside your workspace as a draft until you say go.

When a teammate finishes something that would leave your workspace — an email, a message, a social post, a calendar booking — it doesn’t send it. It hands it to you first and waits.

We call this setting Ask before sending, and it is ON by default. You don’t have to turn anything on to be protected; the safe choice is the one you start with.

An item waiting for your approval before it sends — review it, then approve or decline.

So the natural way to work is: ask your teammate to draft the message and review it before it sends. You get the finished draft, you read it, and only then does it go out — with your say-so.

Every item waiting on your decision collects in one place: Needs attention (À traiter).

It’s the single spot to check when you want to know “is anything waiting on me?” Two kinds of things land there:

  1. Things to approve — work a teammate has prepared and queued for your OK, such as a drafted message ready to send.
  2. Decisions your teammates raised — moments where they’d like your call before going further, for example bringing on a new teammate.

For each one you simply Approve or Decline — and nothing acts until you do. When the list is empty, you’re all caught up; there’s nothing happening that you haven’t seen.

A single helper can make a confident-sounding mistake and you’d never know. A team is steadier, because the work gets a second look before it reaches you.

When one teammate finishes a piece of work, another reviews it — checking it’s accurate, on-brand, and complete — before it counts as done. Nobody marks their own homework. So when something reaches your Needs attention (À traiter) list to approve, it has usually already passed that internal check: you’re giving the final OK on reviewed work, not raw first drafts.

Your business knowledge — the documents you add, the notes you share, the conversations you have with your teammates — belongs to you. Teammates draw on it to do better work for you, and it doesn’t get used to send things on your behalf without the same approval step as everything else.

A few plain reassurances:

  • No card to start. You don’t hand over payment details just to try AImetier.
  • No email connection required. You can get real work done without ever connecting your inbox. If you later choose to connect a tool, that’s a deliberate step you take — see Connecteurs (Connectors) — and even then, Ask before sending still applies.
  • You decide what to share. Adding a document to your teammates’ Knowledge (Connaissances) is your choice, and you can manage what’s there.
You ask a teammate for something
They do the work ──► another teammate reviews it
If it would send/leave the workspace, it waits in
Needs attention (À traiter)
You give the final OK ──► only now does it go out

The throughline: work gets done and reviewed automatically; anything that leaves your workspace stops and waits for you.

Will my teammate email a client without asking me?

No. Ask before sending is ON by default, so any outbound message — email, social post, booking — waits in your Needs attention (À traiter) list for your approval first. Nothing goes out until you give the OK.

Do I have to add a credit card to try it?

No. There’s no card needed to start, and nothing gets charged for asking your teammates to do work or for reviewing their drafts.

Do I need to connect my email or other accounts?

No. You can do real work without connecting anything. Connecting a tool (a Connecteur) is an optional step you choose later — and even then, sends still wait for your OK.

How do I know the work is any good?

Your teammates check each other’s work before calling it done, so what reaches you for approval has usually already had a second pair of eyes. You still give the final OK.

Is my business information used for anything I didn't agree to?

The documents and conversations you share belong to you and are there to help your teammates work for you. Anything that would leave your workspace still goes through the same approval step as everything else.
