A good first request
Section titled “A good first request”Start with one practical job you can judge quickly:
“Draft a follow-up email for this prospect. Keep it friendly, mention the next step, and let me review it before anything is sent.”
That gives your teammate a clear goal, a tone, and a safety boundary. From there, you can turn the result into a task, ask for a revision, save a useful memory, or connect a tool when you’re ready.
