Billing and plans
This page explains the AImetier plans, how to see what your team is costing you, and how to add a payment method — all from one place, with no card needed to start.
Where to find it
Section titled “Where to find it”Open Settings, then choose Billing. You’ll see your current plan at the top and the full set of plans below. The public Pricing page shows the same plans to anyone — you don’t need to be signed in to read it.
The page, top to bottom:
- Current plan — the plan you’re on now, and when it renews (if you’re on a paid one).
- Plan tiles — one card per plan, each with its price, what it includes, and a button.
- Subscribe / Contact sales — the button on each card; your current plan shows Current plan and can’t be re-picked.
The plans

Every plan card lists three things in plain terms: how many teammates you can run, how many connections (your tools and channels) you can link, and your daily usage allowance. Higher plans simply give you more of each.
What it costs to run your team
Section titled “What it costs to run your team”You don’t track spend on the Billing page — you watch it on your Dashboard, where your teammates’ work shows up as it happens:
- The Total cost tile shows what you’ve spent so far this month.
- The Cost breakdown panel shows which teammates are using the most, as simple bars.
Think of it like a phone bill that updates live: each plan comes with a monthly usage allowance, and the Dashboard shows how much of it your team has used.
Adding a payment method
Section titled “Adding a payment method”You only need a card when you choose a paid plan (Solo and up). Until then, nothing asks for one.
Pick a plan
On Settings > Billing, find the plan you want and press Subscribe.
Enter your card on the secure checkout
AImetier hands you to a secure checkout page to enter your card. We never see or store your card details ourselves.
You're on the new plan
Once payment goes through, your Current plan updates and shows the date it renews.
You stay in control
Section titled “You stay in control”Adding a plan is about how many teammates and how much work you want — it’s separate from your teammates sending anything on your behalf.
Ask before sending is ON; nothing goes out without your OK. No card to start. No connecting your email. Your teammates draft and check each other’s work, and you give the final OK before an email, message, or post leaves.

What if it isn’t working?
Section titled “What if it isn’t working?”- The plan tiles are blank or slow? Give the page a moment to load, then refresh — the plans come from your live workspace.
- Pressed Subscribe but nothing happened? The button briefly reads Redirecting… while it opens the secure checkout. If a pop-up was blocked, allow it and try again.
- Button says “Contact sales” not “Subscribe”? Self-serve card payment isn’t enabled for your workspace yet — use Contact sales to set up a paid plan by email.
- Checkout didn’t finish? Your plan stays unchanged and you’re not charged. Just press Subscribe again when you’re ready.
- Don’t see your spend? Costs appear on the Dashboard, not here on Billing — open the Dashboard and look for the Total cost tile.

Do I need a credit card to start?
No. You can start on the Free plan with no card at all. You only add a payment method when you choose a paid plan like Solo or Starter.
What's the Solo plan?
Solo is the simple, low-cost plan (€29 / month) for running one dependable teammate. It’s a good step up from Free when you want a little more without a bigger commitment.
When exactly do I get charged?
Only after you pick a paid plan and complete the secure checkout. Until then nothing is charged. Once you subscribe, your Current plan shows the date it renews each month.
Where do I see what my teammates are costing me?
On the Dashboard — the Total cost tile shows your month so far, and the Cost breakdown shows which teammates are using the most.
Will paying for a plan let my teammates send things on their own?
No. Your plan is only about how many teammates and how much work you get. Sending stays under your control — Ask before sending is on, and you give the final OK.
How do I change or cancel my plan?
Your current plan and its renewal date are shown at the top of Settings > Billing. For Enterprise or any change we can’t yet do self-serve, use the Contact sales button to reach us.
