Explore and history

Explore gives you ready-to-run quick starts so you don’t have to build work from scratch, and History keeps every past conversation a click away. This page shows you how to use both.

A quick start (also called a playbook) is a saved set of tasks your team can pick up in one click — already shaped for your kind of business.

Open Explore

From the sidebar, tap Explore (the compass icon). The top section, Quick starts, lists the playbooks ready for your company.

*Explore opens on your Quick starts, with team templates below.*

Pick a quick start that fits

Each card shows a short title, a one-line description, and how many tasks it includes. Read a few and choose the one closest to what you need right now.

*Each card tells you what it does and how many tasks it sets up.*

Tap Run

Press Run on the card. You’ll see a brief Starting… state while your teammates pick up the work.

*One tap on Run hands the tasks to your team.*

Adapt it to your business

You arrive in a live chat for the first task. From here, just talk to your teammate in plain words to tailor the work — add your address, your client’s name, your numbers, your tone.

*The quick start drops you into a real conversation you can shape.*

Below Quick starts is Team templates — a catalogue you can browse for inspiration. Each card shows a sample team, how many teammates it includes, and what they’re ready to do. Templates are browse-only here: they’re a way to see what’s possible. To actually get work moving, use a quick start above, or start a chat.

*Team templates show what a ready-made team can do — browse for ideas.*

Every conversation you’ve had is saved. The sidebar shows your most recent chats under Recent chats; History is the full list.

Open History

In the sidebar, find the Recent chats section. Tap the clock icon next to its heading, or tap View all history at the bottom of the list.

*The clock icon and 'View all history' both open your full history.*

Search or filter to narrow it down

Type a word in the search box to find a conversation by its title. Use the teammate filter to show only chats with one person, and the sort menu to order by most recent, oldest, or title.

*Search, filter by teammate, and sort to find the chat you want.*

Reopen the one you want

Each row shows the conversation’s title, who it’s with, and when it last had activity. Tap a row to reopen that chat exactly where you left off.

*Every row shows the topic, the teammate, and when you last talked.*

A quick start only prepares work — drafts, plans, and messages stay in your workspace. Nothing is emailed or posted anywhere until you approve it. Ask before sending is ON; nothing goes out without your OK. For the full picture, see Trust and safety.

If a quick start won’t run, or you can’t find an old chat:

  1. Nothing happens on Run — give it a few seconds; the button shows Starting… while your team picks up the work, then you’re moved to the first chat.
  2. “Couldn’t start this quick start” — a momentary glitch; tap Run again.
  3. Fewer tasks than expected — a task is skipped when it needs a teammate your team doesn’t have; the rest still run.
  4. No quick starts shown — your company may not have any yet; start a chat instead, and quick starts appear as your team grows.
  5. A chat is missing from History — try clearing the search box and resetting the teammate filter to All; History shows conversations, so anything you promoted to a task is on the Tasks board.

Still stuck? See Getting help.

What's the difference between a quick start and a template?

A quick start runs real work for your company in one click. A template is a sample team you browse for ideas — it doesn’t run anything on its own.

Will running a quick start send anything to my clients?

No. A quick start only prepares the work — drafts and plans stay in your workspace. Nothing goes out until you give the OK. Ask before sending is ON by default.

Why do I see these particular quick starts?

They’re matched to your kind of business, so the wording and steps already fit your trade — renovation, accounting, real estate, and so on.

Where do I find an old conversation?

Open History from the clock icon next to Recent chats (or View all history), then search by title, filter by teammate, or sort by date.

My old chat isn't in History — where is it?

History lists conversations. If you promoted a chat to a task, it moved to your Tasks board. Otherwise, clear the search and set the teammate filter to All.
