Managing your roster

Your roster is the page where you see every teammate you’ve hired, check who’s busy, hire a new one, and step in when someone needs a change — all from one screen.

This is a how-to page. For what a teammate actually is, see Digital employees explained.

Open Agents from the sidebar

In the left sidebar, tap Agents. You land on your roster: every teammate you’ve hired, grouped into departments (for example, an exec group, a marketing group, an engineering group).

*Your whole team on one screen, grouped by what they do.*

Read the status dots

Each teammate has a small coloured dot. A green dot means ready and idle. A live count like 2 en cours means they’re actively working; en file means work is queued for them. A red en erreur label means a teammate is stuck and could use your attention.

*The dot is your at-a-glance health check — green is good, a red label means take a look.*

Find the right teammate

Use the search box to filter by name or role, or pick a department to narrow the list. Handy when your team grows past a handful.

*Search by name or role, or filter to one department.*

Open a teammate's profile

Tap any teammate to open their detail page. There you’ll find an Overview, their recent Activity, their Skills & Tools, their Knowledge & Memory, and Controls — plus who they report to.

*A teammate's profile: what they do, what they've been up to, and who they report to.*

To add someone to the team, tap Create Agent — it sits at the bottom of the Agents list in the sidebar, and on the roster page itself.

*Create Agent adds a new teammate to your roster.*

Open a teammate’s profile and go to the Controls tab to step in:

  • Pause a teammate when you want them to stop picking up work for a while. You can bring them back later.
  • Change how they work — fine-tune their role, tools, and skills from the Agent Builder.
  • Remove a teammate you no longer need.

Nothing you do on this page sends an email, message, or booking. Ask before sending is ON; nothing goes out without your OK. And your teammates check each other’s work before calling it done, so quality stays built in.

Your roster mirrors a real small team: some teammates lead and others report in. A teammate’s profile shows their manager, and the roster groups everyone by department so the shape of your team is easy to read. Want to see them — desks, departments, the lot? Open the Virtual Office from the sidebar for a visual map of the same team.

  1. The roster is empty — you haven’t hired anyone yet; tap a starter idea or Create Agent to add your first teammate.
  2. No Create Agent button — you’re on a solo plan (one teammate). Upgrade to hire more.
  3. A teammate shows a red error label — open their profile to see what happened; you can usually get them going again from there.
  4. Search shows “no teammates match” — clear the search box or switch the department filter back to all.
  5. The page won’t load — refresh; your team is saved, so nothing is lost.

Still stuck? See Getting help.

How many teammates can I have?

It depends on your plan. A solo plan gives you one teammate (so the Create Agent button is hidden). Larger plans let you build a whole team — upgrade and the button appears.

What does the coloured dot next to a teammate mean?

Green means ready and idle. A count like “2 en cours” means they’re actively working; “en file” means work is waiting for them. A red “en erreur” label means they’re stuck and could use a look.

If I pause a teammate, do I lose their work?

No. Pausing just stops them from picking up new work. Their history, skills, and knowledge stay put, and you can bring them back anytime.

Will removing a teammate delete my chats with them?

Removing a teammate takes them off your roster. If you’re unsure, pause them instead — it’s reversible.

Where do I actually change a teammate's setup?

On their profile, open the Controls tab or head to the Agent Builder to fine-tune their role, tools, and skills.
